Free Curbside Delivery on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.

Please note that LTL shipments have longer handling and transit times.

Be aware that once your item is shipped there is nothing we can do to expedite the transit progress. Therefore we do not accept cancellations for delays in transit time.

Please double check with our customer service department via our Contact Us form, on the chat box at the bottom right corner of our site, email us or make a quick phone call to confirm product availability and lead times.

Here at  AT Doorway we always do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, but in some cases the information on our website becomes outdated before we have a chance to update it.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7 business days from the date of your order ( Please allow another 5 to 7 business day for delivery)We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: info@doorwaytobeds.com

All small orders will ship via small parcel with UPS, with a transit time of 3 to 5 business days. Big Furniture ships via Freight with the fastest company available at the moment of your purchase.

Some suppliers have longer handling time than 7 business days. 

Creative Co-Op: 5 to 7 business days

Sonder Living: 10 business days

Oly Studio: 15 business days

ZEUGMA: 5 to 7 business days

Zentique: 1 to 4 weeks (only counting business days)
