-What happens when I place and order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

-How fast will my order ship?

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at:

-What happens if my order arrive damage?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to: and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

-Can I cancel my order at any time?

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a  35 % administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges(Round trip). Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.

-Does delivery include removal of old furniture?

Most of our delivery services do not include removal of old furniture unless White Glove delivery is included. You can upgrade to White Glove delivery for an extra fee by emailing us to:

-How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive a confirmation email (sent to the email address provided during checkout) once your order is completed. This “Order Confirmation” email is your receipt. Please keep it on your records! -What carriers does AT Doorway uses?

Depending on the size of your order, your items will ship either as a parcel or LTL.Please note that all LTL items have longer handling times.

All parcel orders are shipped through UPS and can be tracked straight from your shipping confirmation email, just click on the link provided!

Freight orders are shipped with the most convenient carrier and can be tracked on each carrier website with the tracking number provided. 

-Which countries do you ship to?

Our target is to make furniture purchases accessible to everyone. Therefore we offer free curbside delivery on all orders shipping within the United States (Lower 48 states) 

-I live outside of the United States. Can I still order from AT Doorway?

At this moment we only ship within the United States (Lower 48 states) 

- Is your furniture used?

We do not sell used furniture: all our products are brand new, direct from the manufacturer warehouses.

-Do you sell parts?

Sorry, we do not sell spare parts, only brand-new furniture and decor.

-What if my purchase does not fit in my home?

Please carefully review the dimensions of your items prior to ordering. All our items dimensions are available on our website for your convenience.Any items sent back because they do not fit are subject to our Returns Policy.

-Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are required to collect sales tax according to your state's specific sales tax laws.
