First and very important, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and keep all original boxes. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing the paperwork the delivery folks will ask you to sign. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please immediately send clear photos of the box and the item within 48 hours of your curbside delivery to: along with a detailed description of the issue and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

* If damages are not noted on the delivery slip, you may not be eligible for an insurance claim and may be responsible for cost of replacement parts or returns.

Things to keep in mind before you purchase:

-Damage claims reported after a 48 hours period upon arrival may be declined.

-Please make sure to keep all packaging material. We will not accept damaged returns without its original packaging under any circumstances.

-Replacements for damage items are not an option with some of our suppliers, but no worries in that case we will work with you to come to a mutually agreed money back or discount solution that meets your satisfaction. 

-If we identify that your return claim is unreasonable, we may denied and refuse future transactions or returns from such customers at any time.
