Cancellations and Returns


All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 35 % administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for all return shipping charges (roundtrip). These costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to youRefunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.

Why this fee?

When we accept items back, extra time, effort and additional cost is invested in receiving your order. Most of the returned products are not packaged following our suppliers standards and may not be resalable, resulting in a total loss for our company. Most of the time returned items get damaged in transit and we will need to face this extra cost as well. Because we offer free shipping in all our products, we most implement a restocking fee policy on returned or unwanted items to cover for the amount of items that can not be resold.


Please note that not all products qualify for return, items must be:

-New and unused without any alteration. We will refund you back after we received the items back to our facility undamaged.(We encourage that you insure your return shipment back to us.)

-Products cannot be assembled.

-You must keep the original packaging, we cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

*We do not accept returns or cancellations for any of the following reasons:

-Delays in delivery transit ( Please understand that once we ship the product there is nothing we can do to alter the process)

-You were not aware of our handling times.

-Buyers Remorse.

-You refuse a delivery without inspection.

-You miss a delivery appointment.

-You return a non-defective or undamaged product.

Keep in mind that:
  • Shipping of larger items such as furniture that ships via LTL have longer handling and shipping times. 
  • Oly Studio products are made to order, therefore all sales are final and non-returnable.
  • Damage claims reported after a 48 hours period upon arrival may be declined.
  • If we identify that your return claim is unreasonable, we may denied and refuse future transactions or returns from such customers at any time.
